Telly’s Tuna Triangles a Go Go

Telly loves eating sandwiches in the shape of a triangle. Enjoy a healthy sandwich that has 3 sides and 3 angles!

Ingredients:

  • 2 (5-oz.) cans water-packed tuna
  • 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 tbsp shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices whole-wheat bread

Directions

Step 1: Things you’ll need

  • Combine tuna, mayonnaise, apple, and cheese in a medium bowl.

Step 2: Mixy

  • For each sandwich, spread ¼ cup of the tuna mixture on a piece of bread. Top with tomato slices and another piece of bread.

Step 3: Telly’s Triangles

  • Carefully cut into triangles (Telly’s favorite shape). Enjoy
